Tudulist is a combo todo list + calendar web application I originally wrote for myself in order to mitigate the effects of the careless tax: this is a tax all we pay in our life (not just with money), when we forget to pay bills, call people, cancel hotels, buy gifts. It was only after I started using it and added a share feature I realized it was even more a tool to work together.
There are tons of web calendars and todo list applications out there, is this really different? Only you can say if you feel better with this one but the tudulist design is very different than the usual ajax calendar.
The following are a selection of interesting features:
Shared. Tudulist is designed to maximize people interaction. You can share selected todo items with your friends, discuss items together using item comments or mark items as done. Using email notifications you know when there are new shared items or new comments on shared items just reading the email. It makes easier to work together.

Example tudulist item
Clean calendar. In tudulist an item, something you need to do, can live in your todo list or in the calendar at a specific date. The calendar has a very slim design.

Example calendar view
Everywhere. Tudulist works in every kind of browser, even without javascript, in your phone with Opera mobile or mini, in the iPhone: basically everywhere there is something barely resembling a web browser (still the user interface is pretty usable).

Simple. Tudulist is simple to use, you will get it in a few seconds. If you don't use the sharing features it will scale down to be just a list of items and a nice calendar.
Tudulist is free, give it a try!, it takes five seconds to create an account.
